Usage Instructions:

Add proxies in the format IP:Port:Username:Password (one per line)
Use the Generate Port Range to create multiple proxies with sequential ports
Format will be IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD
Use the API at /get_proxy.php to get a random proxy
The API will return the proxy and remove it from the list
